This is the second time that I worked with Martina. She helped us buy the house, and when it came time to sell, there was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to help sell the house. Martina listens to our concerns and addresses them. She comprehensively understands the process and makes sure we stay ahead of it. She understands that I like to remain informed, and does a great job of keeping me well informed throughout the whole process. She and I both are willing to aggressively tackle obstacles, and we both know when to let the other one fight the battle. She answers her phone at any time when there's a question or concern. Her marketing strategy helped us get the house sold within 48 hours for almost 10% above asking price. She helped us navigate a complex multi-offer situation and keenly advised us on the best offer and why the highest offer may not have been the best offer. Her command of the market is superior to her peers. She even assisted us after the sale without hesitation when we were already out of state and there were a couple minor loose ends to finish that we didn't realize needed to be done. She staged she found a cleaning service she found lawn care and the result ……..SOLD IN 5 days for FULL PRICE. Yes she did her job over and above and she delivered. Martina is great at her job and she was trained by the best! She is thorough and wrote a wonderful, catchy and spot on description of the property. It was my sister's home which I had to completely empty out as she was going from the hospital directly into Assisted Living. Martina's resources on how and where to get things gone was a huge help go me. She is smart and savvy about pricing and how to market property. The house went on Coming Soon around 9/29 then we planned to go live on 10/12 at midnight and the next day had a signed contract by 5:30 pm We also did a time frame of 2.5 weeks to a quick and easy settlement, which worked for the buyer and for me! Martina prepared me and advised me every step of the way! She was compassionate along the way knowing my situation and how important the sale was to help me secure my sister's future.
